1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Jewelry Model Studio (aijewelrymodel.net), which is operated by WDM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.

2. Licensing and Commercial Use Rights

Paid plans (Starter, Basic, Pro) and one-time top-up credit purchases authorize watermark-free downloads. You own the full commercial rights to publish these outputs on e-commerce storefronts, print catalogs, or digital advertisements. Free/trial tier outputs are strictly for personal, non-commercial evaluation.

3. Proprietary Design Safety & Intellectual Property

You warrant that you possess valid intellectual property rights, trademarks, or explicit licensing authorization to upload the product jewelry images. We do not claim ownership over any uploaded jewelry designs. We will not sell, reuse, or train general AI models using your proprietary design files.

4. Prohibited Content & Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, input, or prompt the generation of any content that is infringing, defamatory, illegal, or violates third-party copyrights. You must not attempt to reverse engineer our generation pipeline, use scraping scripts to harvest output data, or execute automated queries that bypass our frontend.

The following are strictly prohibited on AI Jewelry Model Studio, whether through uploaded files, text prompts, or any other input method:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic content — You may not generate, attempt to generate, or solicit the generation of nude, sexually explicit, or pornographic images or videos using our AI models. This prohibition applies to text prompts and all other input types regardless of the stated purpose.
• NSFW content — Content that is not safe for work, including provocative, suggestive, or sexually implicit imagery that falls outside the scope of legitimate commercial jewelry photography, is prohibited.
• Violence and self-harm — Prompts or uploads depicting graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or torture.
• Hate speech and discrimination — Content that promotes hatred, harassment, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Illegal activities — Content that facilitates, promotes, or depicts illegal activities including the manufacture of weapons or controlled substances.
• Child safety violations — Any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors.

All text prompts submitted to our generation pipeline are automatically screened by a content moderation system before any image generation occurs. Prompts that violate this policy will be rejected and the generation request will not proceed. Repeated violations will result in immediate account termination without refund. 5. Credit Allocation & Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Credits are allocated immediately upon payment. Unused subscription credits roll over to the next cycle as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel your plan, any remaining subscription credits will expire at the end of the billing period.

6. Refund and Cancellation

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are eligible to request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected].

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate your account and forfeit any unused credits at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

AI Jewelry Model Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties that outputs are 100% accurate, error-free, or identical in size to physical products. We are not liable for any lost sales, revenue, or business disruptions arising from rendering discrepancies or service downtime.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of WDM's operating business jurisdiction, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
