Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs all content created, uploaded, or prompted on AI Jewelry Model Studio (aijewelrymodel.net), operated by WDM. By using our platform you agree to comply with this policy in full. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
Purpose of This Platform
AI Jewelry Model Studio is a commercial jewelry photography platform. Its sole purpose is to help jewelry sellers produce high-quality, photorealistic product model images for e-commerce storefronts, catalogs, and digital advertising. Every feature — from prompt templates to model references — is scoped to this professional commercial use case. Any use outside this scope is not authorized.
Automated Content Moderation
Every text prompt submitted to our AI generation pipeline is automatically screened by Creem's Content Moderation API (POST /v1/moderation/prompt) before any image generation begins. Prompts classified as deny or flag are blocked and no image is generated. This screening cannot be bypassed. Attempts to circumvent it through obfuscation, encoding, or other techniques constitute a material breach of this AUP.
Prohibited Content
The following categories of content are strictly prohibited, whether submitted via text prompt, uploaded image, or any other input method. Prohibition applies regardless of artistic intent, claimed context, or staged nature of the content.
1. Sexually Explicit and Pornographic Content
You may not generate, attempt to generate, or solicit the generation of nude, semi-nude, sexually explicit, or pornographic images or videos using our AI models. This prohibition covers:
- Full or partial nudity of a sexual or titillating nature
- Graphic or implied sexual acts, poses, or scenarios
- Sexual fetish content of any kind
- Prompts designed to produce sexually suggestive images under the guise of jewelry photography
This prohibition applies equally to realistic depictions, stylized or illustrated content, and AI-generated synthetic imagery.
2. NSFW — Not Safe for Work Content
Content that is not suitable for professional, commercial, or public viewing is prohibited. This includes provocative, suggestive, or sexually implicit imagery that falls outside the scope of legitimate commercial jewelry photography, even if it does not reach the threshold of explicit pornography.
3. Child Safety Violations
Any content that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or could contribute to the abuse of minors is absolutely prohibited. This includes content involving minors in any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative context. Violations will be reported to the appropriate authorities without notice.
4. Violence, Gore, and Self-Harm
- Graphic violence, torture, mutilation, or gore
- Content glorifying, encouraging, or depicting self-harm or suicide
- Depictions of real or simulated violent crimes against persons
5. Hate Speech and Discrimination
Content that promotes, celebrates, or incites hatred, harassment, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
6. Illegal Activities
- Content that facilitates, instructs, or promotes the manufacture of weapons, explosives, or controlled substances
- Content related to human trafficking, exploitation, or organized crime
- Phishing, fraud, or identity-theft materials
7. Intellectual Property and Privacy Violations
- Uploading jewelry designs, images, or assets you do not have the legal right to use
- Generating content that deliberately infringes third-party trademarks, copyrights, or trade dress
- Generating realistic likenesses of real individuals without their consent
8. Platform Abuse
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or harvesting output data at scale
- Automated queries that bypass the platform frontend
- Attempting to circumvent content moderation through prompt injection, encoding, or obfuscation
- Sharing account credentials or reselling generated content in violation of the licensing terms
Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. Upon confirming a violation, we may take any of the following actions at our sole discretion, without prior notice:
- Reject or delete the offending prompt, image, or generation
- Suspend or permanently terminate your account
- Forfeit all unused credits without refund
- Report the incident to law enforcement or our payment processor where required by law or platform policy
Users whose accounts are terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for a refund under our 14-day money-back guarantee.
