How does the failed generation refund work?
Our system tracks all API calls and generation outcomes. If a rendering attempt fails due to a system timeout or image moderation block, the credits are automatically returned to your balance instantly.
What is the difference between subscription vs. top-ups?
Subscription plans offer the lowest rate per credit and renew monthly. Unused subscription credits roll over as long as your subscription is active. Top-ups are one-off purchases that never expire, ideal for seasonal sellers.
Can I cancel or upgrade my subscription plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription plan at any time through your Account Settings. If you cancel, your premium benefits remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
Do credits ever expire?
Top-up credits never expire. Subscription credits roll over each month as long as you keep your plan active. If you cancel your subscription, any remaining subscription credits will expire at the end of the billing period.
