1. Data We Collect

We collect user email addresses during account creation to verify authentication. When using the AI Try-On service, we securely receive, process, and store your uploaded jewelry product images.

2. Image Storage and Processing

All uploads are stored in private, isolated secure cloud storage. Our service utilizes the advanced AI models GPT-IMAGE-2 and NANOBANANA PRO to process and generate jewelry model photos. Uploaded and generated files are linked strictly to your unique account identifier and remain private. They will never be shared publicly or listed in examples without your explicit authorization.

3. Third-Party Subprocessors

We share minimum necessary data with trusted subprocessors to deliver the subscription service:

  • Payment Processor: Processes billing, subscriptions, and one-off credit checkouts. Your payment card information is securely collected and processed directly by our payment gateway and never touches our servers.
  • Cloud Storage: Used for secure, isolated cloud object storage of uploaded designs and generated photos.
  • Authentication Provider: Manages authentication session tokens locally to secure user dashboards.

4. Data Retention SLA

We store uploaded raw designs and generated images only as long as your account remains active. Upon request, you can delete any image in your History dashboard. Assets deleted by the user are immediately expunged from our active database. For system backups and log caches, residual file records are fully cleared within a maximum SLA of 30 days.

For your privacy, uploaded photos will be automatically deleted within 24 hours. Please download generated photo in time to keep a local copy.

5. No Model Training Commitment

IMPORTANT: We do NOT use your uploaded proprietary jewelry designs, CAD files, or custom commissions to train GPT-IMAGE-2, NANOBANANA PRO, or any other public AI generation models. Your intellectual property remains exclusively yours.

6. Cookies & Web Analytics

We use standard cookies and tracking pixels to manage active login sessions and compile anonymous website traffic analytics. This helps us optimize site load times and improve user navigation flows. You can manage or disable cookie tracking in your browser settings.

7. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)
